Blood Moon is specifically formulated to address period cramps and other symptoms, easing pain and making your life a little bit better. So if you’ve got a uterus and suffer during your monthly period, brew yourself a little cup of relief.

Blood Moon ingredients: raspberry leaf, nettle leaf, cinnamon, ginger, fennel, cramp bark, orange peel

My loose leaf tea blends are available in three sizes to suit your needs.

- Red, reusable tins (made of recycled steel!) contain approximately 2.5 oz/70 g of tea (enough for approximately 30-35 cups).
- Heat-sealed, resealable bags in two different sizes: 2.5 oz/70 g (30-35 cups) and sample sizes of 0.8 oz/22 g (10 cups).
- Heat-sealed, resealable bags holding 5 oz of tea are available upon request.

Please note that while I have given weight approximations, bags and tins are filled by volume/teaspoons, not by weight, as every tea has a different density.

All sizes come with brewing instructions so you can get the best flavor out of each steeping!
